In-house legal teams and departments

Tenders and bids

We work with in-house legal teams to identify and select the best law firms to work with them. We help them and procurement teams to focus on the areas which most add value in the provision of legal services and then turn these into a tender document. This ensures law firm submissions are concise, focused on the in-house department's needs and can be compared against all bidders (cost, value, quality, responsiveness, methodology, efficiency, freebies, etc).

Service improvements and relationship management

Our work takes the experience we have of working with law firms to manage relationships with legal buyers and reverse engineers it so that in-house teams maximise the value they get from their legal providers. We help in-house departments to identify and strip out cost so that law firms become more efficient in the way they work with them.

We help legal departments to implement initiatives across their legal panels, instigate and install best practice across all firms in a legal panel and enable the legal department to save money whilst protecting (and indeed, enhancing) quality.
