Our coaching approach is designed to improve the confidence, ability and results that fee-earners get from their business development activities.  It uses the GROW methodology to take coachees through a structured approach to goal setting and action planning.

Coaching frequently sits alongside formal training to ensure that learning and investments are maximised, with people supported on an ongoing basis as they seek to put new skills into practice.
